He is the best trainer and always puts extra efforts to his clients, including
-waking up early for 6 am session,
-checking our diet during the day,
- listening to his clients when we are upset or discouraged about our progress.

I am so blessed to have Phillip in my life! He is the best trainer one could hope for and I am just very grateful for the transformation I have made with his professional help! I have been training with Phill for almost a month. I can see my progress every time. I was hesitated about having a personal trainer at first since I had a bad experience at LA fitness. However, I decided to give it a try with Phill and I'm so glad I did.

I like how Phill designs every session differently so I never get bored. Also, each session is challenging and I am always pushing myself to do better. I can feel that I'm being stronger and I'm really happy with the outcome.

I consider Phill more than a trainer. He really cares for his clients that we have daily communication about diets and my workout plans. I'm glad I found him!

My favorite quality about Phil is that he really cares for his clients and it shows through the extra time he puts in getting to know your lifestyle and tailoring workouts that fit.
